London After Dark is a city scape project I created this week. Wandering around London for 3 hours with camera and tripod in hand, it gave me the time to be creative and take time with each photo. Me and my boyfriend started in Waterloo station and wandered down past the London eye towards Embankment, across a few bridges and ended up in a favourite of mine; Borough market. Please have a look at the images produced from this amazing evening.

I was recently commissioned to photograph Luca Buraglio – a very talented pianist – to help promote his talent. I used a soft box with honeycomb to direct a subtle light and backlit his hands to create a silhouette style photograph. The aim was for us to create classic, smart photographs for album covers and business cards. This is shown in the striking black and white photographs and the creative lighting which resulted in a reflection on the inside of the piano lid – the favourite of the shoot. You can see Luca play at Sopwell House every Sunday during the Afternoon Tea service.
2017 is turning out to be quite the year for travel! First, I ventured out to Bulgaria for the amazing snow on a skiing holiday and in April, James & I flew to Iceland in search of an adventure. We had both been to Iceland before & wanted to explore different places together. James took his DJI Phantom 4+ drone with him and created an amazing video of our journey – see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQwTkCIQoiE On Easter Sunday, we arrived at 8:30am, collected our rental car and set off to make the most of the sun & beautiful landscapes. Our final destination was Jökulsárlón with many stops along the way. The map…
I am very excited to share these images today! I was looking for fresh ideas to bring to my weddings this year and I have always loved light painting. With the help of my Sister & Brother-in-law, I created these amazing images and I am looking forward to using these techniques to create something different for my couples! I have also been light painting with Sparklers and perfecting that style.
Samantha and James joined together with their friends and family on a beautiful spring day in March. They said their vows in the secret garden – the first outside ceremony of the year for the venue – Selsdon Park Hotel, Croydon. We had stunning scenery and golden light for their couple portraits and fun after dark with sparklers and friends. Here are their sneak peaks, their full collection is to come.
